Alison Gilmartin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1992 and received her Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law in 1996.

Ms. Gilmartin he is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association - Family Law Section.

Her practice has focused on family law since she was licenced 1996.  She gained wide experience in all aspects of family law whilst working with Randall Wilhite in his former law practice and has now  joined him and Donn Fullenweider in the new firm of Fullenweider Wilhite.

Ms. Gilmartin has been a guest speaker at seminars at both the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (Interview Techniques - Gathering Facts to Support the Opinion) and the Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Uncovering Hidden Assets).

She has two young daughters.
