Linda Hinds graduated from Vassar College cum laude and with departmental honors in French. She pursued a career as both a French and nursery school teacher while her children were young before receiving her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Her legal education included a year of Notre Dame University Law School's London Program. Following several years of general practice, Ms. Hinds served as corporate counsel for GECO Geophysical Company, Inc. and later joined Donn Fullenweider & Associates as an associate attorney.  She has worked continuously with Donn Fullenweider since that time.

Ms. Hinds has focused her practice in the areas of family law and civil litigation. She is  experienced with contested child custody cases, cases concerning public figures and complex property cases. Ms. Hinds speaks and reads French and has represented numerous international clients on matters involving international law.

She is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

In addition to work at the trial level, Ms. Hinds practice includes a strong focus on briefing and argument of issues at the appellate court level. Ms. Hinds is also an experienced lawyer in the preparation and negotiation of premarital and postnuptial agreements as well as litigation of issues related to premarital and postnuptial agreements.

Ms. Hinds is Board Certified in Family Law.  She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Houston Bar Association Family Law Section and currently serves on the Family Law Council. Ms. Hinds has authored and co-authored articles for continuing education courses sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and other legal educational associations during her tenure with the firm.  Ms. Hinds has lectured for the University of Houston Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and been a guest speaker for the Houston Bar Association, Family Law Section.  She sits on the Family Law Drafting Committee and the Webcast Committee for the Family Law Council.

She was named as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2008, as a Houston Top Family Lawyer in 2007 and as a Lawyer of the People.

Ms. Hinds is the mother of three adult daughters and has three grandchildren.
