Profile

Grady Reiff got his start at Fullenweider Wilhite by taking Randall Wilhite’s Advanced Marital Property course during his second year of law school at the University of Houston Law Center. Grady went on to become a law clerk at the firm during his final year of law school and then an associate lawyer in 2011, Board Certified in Family Law in 2020, and a partner at the law firm in 2022. From the beginning of his legal career working under Donn Fullenweider and Randall Wilhite’s leadership, Grady has been systematically involved in highly-complex property characterization and valuation issues and custody issues. Grady practices across the state of Texas, having had clients from El Paso to East Texas and the Panhandle down to Corpus Christi, and at all levels of the state’s judicial system, litigating in state trial courts and writing appellate briefs and making oral arguments in the courts of appeal and the Texas Supreme Court. A substantial portion of Grady’s practice also includes drafting comprehensive pre- and post-marital agreements. Grady’s practical demeanor, coupled with his extensive family law experiences, makes him a formidable advocate for his clients. He is a fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian.
