Grady Reiff began clerking for Fullenweider Wilhite, P.C., in August 2009 and became an associate with the firm shortly after his admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2010. His practice is devoted entirely to family law and counseling matters.
Grady has represented a variety of individuals in all aspects of family law litigation, including divorce proceedings, child support modifications and enforcements, post-divorce property enforcements and divisions, and complex property characterizations and valuations. Grady also has extensive experience in pre-trial matters, working to successfully dismiss unmeritorious claims, defend as well as invalidate pre- and post-marital property agreements, facilitate reconciliation between the parties, and reach settlement.
