Haley Burnside earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2013, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in May of 2016. She began working for Fullenweider Wilhite as a law clerk prior to graduating law school and became an associate soon after her admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2016.

While in law school, she was a member of the Houston Law Review. She also worked as a legal intern for the First Court of Appeals under Justice Harvey Brown and for the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
