Haley Burnside has exclusively practiced family law with Fullenweider Wilhite since becoming licensed by the Texas State Bar in 2016. She has learned how to zealously, effectively, and compassionately represent her clients from our firm’s nationally recognized attorneys. Ms. Burnside has experience representing individuals in various types of cases, including divorce, divorce with children, suits affecting the parent-child relationship, modification of prior orders, enforcement of orders, premarital agreements, and postmarital agreements.

Ms. Burnside has assisted clients on matters of all levels of complexity and conflict, from simply drafting agreed court orders in an uncontested divorce, to aggressively advocating for her client at the courthouse on final trial. She is equipped to advise her clients on the complexities of property division and negotiate settlement agreements that reflect her client’s goals. Her clients come from a variety of professions, including business owners, attorneys, professors, engineers, teachers, government workers, and homemakers.

Ms. Burnside prides herself in being upfront with her clients and always giving them her honest opinion so that they make informed decisions. She values the trust her clients place in her while she guides them through this complex and stressful period of their lives.
