Zachary J. Fiene

Associate

Profile

Zachary J. Fiene grew up in Southern California before moving to the Lake Tahoe area of Nevada, which he has long called home. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with an emphasis on Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2016, and spent several months abroad studying in Haifa, Israel. In 2020, he graduated from Baylor University School of Law, where he participated in Baylor’s renowned and prestigious Practice Court program, where he gained invaluable trial advocacy skills from experienced Texas trial lawyers.

Zach was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021, where he began his legal career practicing real estate litigation with a focus on mortgage-banking law. In 2022, he was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and has since dedicated his practice exclusively to family law. Zach has developed particular experience handling high-conflict custody cases, and in addition to his litigation background, has received training in collaborative law, allowing him to offer clients a cooperative, non-adversarial path to resolving family law matters when appropriate.

Zach is committed to guiding clients through some of the most personal and challenging moments of their lives with professionalism, compassion, and a tireless dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for the families he serves.

When he is not in the office, Zach can likely be found hitting the trails in the mountains or rooting for the San Francisco 49ers alongside his family.
